Trust and escrow account regulations can oftentimes be confusing to implement or can get lost in the daily shuffle of running a business. Then, when a regulatory board conducts an audit or receives a complaint, what should have been a quick response turns into a serious effort, resulting in a significant loss of time and resources. However, even knowing what needs to be done can oftentimes seems paralyzingly difficult, leaving many professionals unsure where to start. This uncertainty is further compounded with the consequences of disciplinary action being taken, causing possible reputational harm or loss of your license. Even if your firm is not presently involved in an audit or disciplinary action, making sure you are prepared for such an inevitability can avoid a great deal of heartache.

Cancer is the leading disease-related cause of death among young adults between the ages of 18 to 39 with approximately 70,000 new patients diagnosed each year. First Descents uses outdoor adventures to build a support team they can rely on both during and after treatment, particularly with respect to the psychological struggles each patient faces their cancer journey.
